There is no legal requirement to appoint a data protection officer.

2. Hosting

This website is operated at Hostinger International Ltd. When a page is requested, the host processes the technically necessary data on our behalf. The basis is a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

3. Server log files

When a page is requested, the data your browser transmits is recorded automatically: IP address, date and time, the address requested, the volume of data transferred, the referrer and browser and operating system identifiers. This processing serves secure and stable operation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data is deleted after a short period.

4. Contact form

Through the form we collect your name, company, email address, the situation you selected and your message. These details are transmitted by email to our mailbox and handled there; they are not stored on the web server. To keep out automated entries the form contains a hidden field; no cookie is set and your behaviour is not analysed for this purpose.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the enquiry is aimed at a contract, otherwise our legitimate interest in responding pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We delete the details once the enquiry has been dealt with and no statutory retention periods apply.

5. Contact by email and telephone

If you write or call us directly, we process your details in order to deal with your request. Legal basis and deletion correspond to section 4.

6. Reach measurement

We count page views using our own solution, operated on our web server within the European Union. No cookies are set, no data is passed to third parties and no IP addresses are stored. So that repeated views within one visit are not counted twice, a shortened hash is formed from the IP address, the browser identifier and a random value generated afresh each day, and kept for the duration of one day; the random value is deleted the following day, after which the hash can no longer be attributed to any person. Only the date, the page requested and the number of views are stored. No cross-device recognition or profiling takes place. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in data-minimising reach measurement pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. If your browser sends the "Do Not Track" signal, no count is recorded.

7. Appointment booking

To arrange an introductory call we link to the service Cal.com. A connection to Cal.com is established only once you activate the corresponding button — simply visiting our pages transmits no data there. The provider's own privacy notice applies to processing on the booking page.

8. Fonts

The fonts used are delivered from our own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or any other external provider.

9. Cookies

This website sets no cookies that require consent. A consent banner is therefore not necessary.

10. Your rights

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Please use the contact details given above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA), Promenade 27, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.

11. Status

This policy applies from September 2026. We will adapt it if the website changes.
